Iran’s Farabi Foundation, ECO Cultural Institute Keen to Cooperate
TEHRAN (FNA)- Head of Farabi Cinema Foundation Alireza Tabesh met with the new president of ECO cultural institute Sarvar Bakhti, and discussed the ways of mutual cooperation to produce joint cinematic works in ECO region.

During the meeting at ECO department in Tehran, Bakhti expressed the hope for expansion of bilateral cooperation.

Tabesh, for his part, stressed that, thanks to the internet, cultural activities, coronavirus epidemic wouldn’t be able to halt cultural activities.

He added that several activities, negotiations, panels, workshops and even a festival would be held by means of the internet.

The two sides also agreed to promote mutual ties in various cinematic fields including making a film on the lives of ECO elites, online workshops and ECO film festival in future.
